The main focus of this role is to provide the delegate registration for events from the event set up, website build and briefing through to post event reporting, providing first class customer service throughout.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of delegate management and managing projects.  They must have a good understanding of databases and spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail being paramount. They will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to liaise with delegates, other departments and deal with both internal and external clients, providing quality assurance and ensuring timelines are delivered. They will be responsible for working within a budget and must be confident to manage and prioritise workload.  A 'can do' attitude along with the ability to work on their own and as part of a team is a must.  

Applicants must have a good knowledge of Microsoft packages e.g. Excel, Word and Outlook.

The ideal candidate will be a French speaker, however this is not essential.

This role will involve being onsite, which may include stays for up to two weeks both in and outside of the UK.

Location:The role will be based in the Fleet office but may require occasional travel for client meetings.
