Conversion Rate Optimisation Lead - We are actively recruiting here at Grass Roots a Blackhawk Network Business for a Conversion Rate Optimisation Lead to join our high skilled and rapidly expanding Digital Team. You will use your broad Ecommerce skills to ensure the optimisation of the online user experience to drive up conversions across all of our internal websites and client facing products.

You will be responsible for delivering improvements in Conversion Rate and User Experience for new and existing channels, identify areas for testing and change and overall increase revenues through improved UX, reduced abandon rates and analyse real user behaviour and make actionable, data driven user experience recommendations. You will work alongside the wider digital, marketing and technology teams to ensure CRO and UX are at the forefront of everything we do.

Skills required for the Conversion Rate Optimisation Lead role are:

  • Previous experience in a Conversion role or experience in an Ecommerce role with a focus on conversion.

  • Experience in on-site optimisation, personalisation and A/B Testing.

  • Funnel conversions.

  • Fantastic written and spoken english.

Location: Wendover or Tring initially - moving to our new offices in Apsley, Hemel Hempstead in April 2018.
