Business Analyst – Software Development

Business Analyst - We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst (SDLC) to join our 120-strong in-house Technology team here at Grass Roots during an exciting time of growth. As a Business Analyst you will have the opportunity to help define, design, build and operate complex software projects and products for a large number of FTSE 100 companies. Our company success is built on technology so we value and invest in technologists.

This is a great opportunity for an intelligent and ambitious Business Analyst to join a successful company at an exciting time of growth.

Key responsibilities for the Business Analyst include:

  • Gathering, documenting and managing business requirements
  • Managing project delivery within budget, quality and time parameters
  • Defining, executing and managing test plans
  • Supporting new and existing customers with product/systems knowledge
Key skills required for the role of Business Analyst include:
  • Proven business analyst background with a focus on software development
  • Strong analytical skills with a talent for problem solving
  • Exposure to Agile environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-starter, personally motivated and able to work on own initiative
